Alphanumeric is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to work in Lumberton, NC with an innovative and compassionate leader in pediatric therapy.

Compensation:
  • Hourly equivalent earning potential of approximately $35.00 - $45.00 per hour, based on caseload, productivity, and scheduling preferences.
  • Flexible compensation options available.

Flexible Scheduling Options:
  • Start as early as 7:00 AM and finish by 6:00 PM.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Implement occupational therapy treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
  • Assist pediatric patients in developing fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, and functional living skills.
  • Monitor patient responses and communicate progress to the supervising therapist.
  • Educate families and caregivers on treatment activities and home exercise programs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient care.

Qualifications:
  • Current North Carolina Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license.
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
  • Pediatric experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for helping children achieve their fullest potential.
