Alphanumeric is hiring CLINICAL SCIENTISTS to work remotely (EST hours) with our client of 20 years committed to improving lives through medical and pharmaceutical advancements.

Pay Range: $80 - $100/hour.
(Pay rate may vary based on experience, education, and overall qualifications.)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner closely with clinical, medical, and cross-functional teams to support the effective execution of clinical studies and programs.
  • Contribute to the development and timely delivery of high-quality clinical study protocols and related study documentation.
  • Support the clinical execution of trials, including ongoing review of clinical data, safety information, and protocol deviations.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Operations and other functional areas to ensure studies are conducted efficiently and in compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Assist with the interpretation, analysis, and communication of clinical trial data and study outcomes.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks while managing emerging clinical issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain strong communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders, investigators, vendors, and external partners.
  • Ensure adherence to GCP, regulatory requirements, SOPs, and applicable compliance standards.

Required Qualifications:
  • BA/BS or equivalent qualification with 6+ years of experience in clinical research and development within the biopharmaceutical industry;
    OR MS degree with 5+ years of experience; OR Advanced Degree with 3+ years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of clinical development processes and clinical trial conduct.
  • Experience supporting protocol development, study execution, clinical data review, and safety monitoring.
  • Demonstrated clinical, administrative, and project management capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functional teams in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO environments.
  • Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience supporting global or multi-site clinical trials is a plus.

Work Environment:
  • Fully Remote (must be able to work EST business hours).
