We are seeking an experienced MSAT Product & Process Validation Specialist to support vaccine manufacturing operations at a leading global pharmaceutical organization in Marietta, PA.
This role focuses on process validation, incoming material qualification, technical transfers, and continuous improvement within a highly regulated GMP manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support technical transfer and qualification of incoming materials, including chemicals and Single-Use Systems (SUS).
- Execute manufacturing process validation, cleaning validation, and incoming material qualification activities.
- Support Continued Process Verification (CPV) and Cleaning Verification (CV).
- Monitor critical process parameters, analyze manufacturing data, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Support manufacturing investigations, deviations, troubleshooting, and change controls.
- Collaborate with MSAT, Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams to maintain GMP compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biological Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
- 2-5 years of pharmaceutical or vaccine manufacturing process and/or validation experience.
- Experience with process validation, cleaning validation, technical transfers, or incoming material qualification.
- Familiarity with chemicals, Single-Use Systems (SUS), and GMP manufacturing environments.
- Strong technical writing, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Vaccine manufacturing, formulation, filtration, or aseptic processing.
- Process optimization, Quality by Design (QbD), and validation lifecycle management.
- Statistical analysis tools such as JMP, Statistica, or Power BI.
