Salary: $48.00–$56.00 per billable treatment hour (based on experience)
Full-Time | 30–40 Hours per Week

Competitive Compensation
 
W-2 Pay-Per-Visit Model
  • Treatment Visits: $48–$56 per billable treatment hour (based on experience)
  • Evaluations: $70 each
  • Meetings: $20/hour

What You'll Do:
  • Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with developmental, sensory, physical, and functional needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans that promote independence and participation in everyday activities.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary therapy team.
  • Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care that improves outcomes for children.
  • Complete documentation and participate in care planning and team collaboration.

Qualifications: 
Required:
  • Current Occupational Therapist license (or eligible for licensure) in North Carolina.
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
 
Preferred:
  • Pediatric Occupational Therapy experience.
  • Passion for helping children and families succeed.
  • Collaborative, growth-minded approach to patient care.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
