We're seeking a dedicated CCC-SLP who is ready to step into a leadership path centered on mentorship, collaboration, and meaningful team development. This role is ideal for a clinician who wants to invest in others—helping fellow therapists grow in confidence, skill, and clinical excellence—while continuing to make a direct impact with pediatric patients.

  • You'll play an active role in supporting and guiding therapists at various stages of their careers—offering coaching, feedback, and encouragement that foster both clinical and professional growth.
Supportive Leadership Development:

Balanced Clinical & Leadership Focus: 
  • 3-4 days onsite: Patient care, evaluations, and in-person team support.
  • 1-2 days remote: Telehealth, mentorship, documentation, and strategic collaboration.
Influence Through Collaboration:
  • Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to strengthen care quality, share knowledge, and create a culture rooted in learning and support.
