Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 annually

Compensation:
- $70,000 - $85,000 annually, based on experience.
- Equivalent hourly rate: $33.65 - $40.87 per hour.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients.
- Help children improve mobility, strength, coordination, balance, and functional independence.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports.

Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy required (or Bachelor's degree accepted if grandfathered through accreditation standards).
- Active North Carolina Physical Therapy License.
