Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 annually

Compensation:
  • $70,000 - $85,000 annually, based on experience.
  • Equivalent hourly rate: $33.65 - $40.87 per hour.
  • Flexible compensation options available:
    • Guaranteed hourly rate.
    • Pay-per-visit (PPV).
  • Full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Flexible Scheduling:

  • Start as early as 7:00 AM.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients.
  • Help children improve mobility, strength, coordination, balance, and functional independence.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports.
  • Educate families on treatment strategies and home exercise programs.

Qualifications:
  • Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy required (or Bachelor's degree accepted if grandfathered through accreditation standards).
  • Active North Carolina Physical Therapy License.
  • Pediatric Physical Therapy experience preferred.
