Alphanumeric is hiring a PROCUREMENT DIRECTOR to work hybrid in Philadelpha, PA with our client of 20 years committed to improving lives through medical and pharmaceutical advancements.

Pay Range: $89 - $94.75

The Procurement Director must be ALL IN to:

Partner with strategic suppliers to deliver our business objectives and scout for new Suppliers when innovation and creative solutions are needed.
Proactively monitor for and mitigate against internal and external risks

We will look to you to:

Partner with one or more of the US Business Units (BU's) or commercial functions (e.g. Vaccines, Oncology, Specialty, Anti-Infectious & Respiratory, Market Access, Digital, Data & Technology, and Strategy, Insights, Transformation & Operations)Build the procurement strategy for the BU(s).
Lead sourcing and negotiation initiatives that bring value to the organization and align with our strategy.
Partner with our matrix global category Procurement colleagues to ensure optimization of our global buying power with local business needs.
Lead large-scale, cross-BU projects.
Support the business in the planning and preparation for the launch of new assets, ensuring that procurement strategies align with the dynamic needs of commercialization and market entry.
Support the Digital Transformation journey by promoting AI-driven systems, tools, and processes to boost procurement efficiency, streamline workflows, and drive innovation with actionable insights.
