RTSM Configuration Specialist
Remote | Contract | $70–85/hour W2
About the Role
We are seeking an RTSM Configuration Specialist to support the setup, configuration, testing, and validation of global clinical trials within an RTSM platform. This position partners closely with RTSM Project Managers to ensure studies are accurately configured and validated prior to production deployment.
Responsibilities
- Configure RTSM studies based on approved protocols.
- Support study setup and protocol amendments.
- Execute testing and validation activities.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Prepare and maintain study documentation.
- Ensure study configurations meet quality and regulatory standards.
- Assist with production readiness activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of RTSM/IRT experience.
- Hands-on experience configuring clinical studies.
- Knowledge of randomization and trial supply workflows.
- Understanding of GxP and validation practices.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- RAMOS experience preferred but not required.
