Salary Range: $32.00 - $70.00 per Hour

- 3-4 days per week providing services in clinic and/or school settings.
- 1-2 days per week dedicated to virtual supervision, telehealth, documentation, and administrative responsibilities.

Compensation Options:
Choose the compensation structure that works best for you:
Pay-Per-Visit (PPV)
- $35 per 30-minute treatment session.
- $70 per evaluation (negotiable based on experience).
Guaranteed Hourly Rate:
- $32-$41 per hour, based on experience.

What You'll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy services.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare providers.
- Maintain timely documentation and treatment records.
- Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration with Occupational Therapists and Physical Therapists.
- Help children develop communication skills that positively impact their lives.
What We're Looking For:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist License.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Pediatric experience through employment, clinical fellowship, internships, or fieldwork.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
