Salary Range: $32.00 - $70.00 per Hour

Set Your Own Schedule:
  • Enjoy one of the most flexible therapy schedules available.

  • 3-4 days per week providing services in clinic and/or school settings.
  • 1-2 days per week dedicated to virtual supervision, telehealth, documentation, and administrative responsibilities.

Compensation Options:
Choose the compensation structure that works best for you:

Pay-Per-Visit (PPV)
  • $35 per 30-minute treatment session.
  • $70 per evaluation (negotiable based on experience).

Guaranteed Hourly Rate:
  • $32-$41 per hour, based on experience.

What You'll Do:
  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and assessments.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.
  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy services.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare providers.
  • Maintain timely documentation and treatment records.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration with Occupational Therapists and Physical Therapists.
  • Help children develop communication skills that positively impact their lives.

What We're Looking For:
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist License.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Pediatric experience through employment, clinical fellowship, internships, or fieldwork.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for helping children achieve their fullest potential.
