Logistics Associate - Zebulon, NC.

Alphanumeric is hiring a Logistics Associate to work onsite in Zebulon, NC with our client of 20 years, a global leader committed to improving lives through medical and pharmaceutical advancements.

Pay Range: $22.00 - $26.50/hour.

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Associate to support warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, and material movement activities within a regulated manufacturing environment. This position plays an important role in ensuring materials and supplies are received, stored, tracked, and distributed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, processing, packaging, storage, and shipment of materials, supplies, and equipment.
Coordinate shipping and receiving activities to maintain an efficient flow of materials and optimize warehouse space.
Maintain accurate inventory records and complete required warehouse and logistics documentation.
Support inventory control, materials management, transportation, and distribution activities.
Coordinate the movement of materials through various production and operational processes.
Work cross-functionally with Operations, Purchasing, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure materials are available when needed.
Follow established procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements.
Monitor inventory and logistics activities and assist with identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Utilize warehouse and enterprise systems to process transactions and maintain accurate material and inventory information.
Support departmental performance goals and provide a high level of internal customer service.
Work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
3+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics, inventory control, materials management, supply chain, or a similar environment.
Previous experience with purchasing/supply activities or relevant training/certification in storekeeping, materials management, or business administration.
Experience working with ERP or manufacturing systems such as MFG/PRO and/or JD Edwards.
Demonstrated ability to achieve results in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environment.
Strong computer skills.
Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or other GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Understanding of planning, inventory control, and materials management processes.
Familiarity with GSK processes and systems.
Strong process-improvement mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments.
Team-building and customer-service skills.
Previous experience providing direction or guidance to other team members.
